As a society, we romanticize the idea of being granted our deepest desires to become our reality. We also as a society commonly view that there is not much power we have in the circumstances life hands us. The law of attraction actually disagrees and presents us with a reality where our dreams are at the tip of our tongues or should I say focus.
What Is The Law of Attraction?
The law of attraction in its simplest terms is that which you focus on you begin to attract into your life. This is because when we begin to look at life through the eyes of quantum physics we see that everything is energy and vibrates.
Our thoughts, feelings, emotions, sounds, and bodies are constantly vibrating at their own unique frequency. Vibrations will interact with other energies that harmonize within that frequency.
This means to live the reality we want we need to become a vibrational match for it. Meaning if we want to live a reality where we feel loved and capable, self-doubting thoughts would not normally exist within that reality of love. You will begin to move away from being a match to that reality when you place your focus on self-doubt.

Mental Techniques for Manifestation
You Have To See It To Believe It
When we take the time to visualize living out our desires our brains are not able to tell the difference between a visualization and physical reality. Such as when we have nightmares and actually trigger the flight or fight response.
This means not only do our mental and emotional center set this energy into motion but that our physical bodies will produce this as their truth as well. Abraham Hicks, who has written many books on the law of attraction teaches that “emotion is energy in motion”.
This then applies to how we can approach visualization. It should be done fully engaged, meaning cultivate all of the emotions you would feel as if you were currently living your wildest and most fulfilling dreams.

There are so many ways to send out your vision to the universe and to proclaim it as your reality. One way is through affirmation. This works to rewire your subconscious through repetitive affirmation of a statement.

Raise Your Vibration
Gratitude creates more to be grateful for. Through taking the time to purify ourselves on a mental, physical, and spiritual level we become better soil for the seeds of our dreams to take root in.
One of the biggest ways to use your mind to manifest is by not holding yourself back. When we decide on a dream and declare to the universe you will live it we begin to send out ripples of the first form of manifestation.
Newton’s first law states that an object in motion tends to stay in motion unless it is acted on by an unbalanced force, it will go in that direction forever. When we send out the energetic ripples of fear, doubt, and limiting beliefs we act against those first ripples we sent out.
