In this workshop, we’ll cover the basics of meditation through an introduction to the breath. The session will include a guided meditation, followed by exercises to increase peace of mind a modern life.

In this workshop, we’ll discuss the tools you can develop to increase your resilience and reduce stress. Every day, we have a finite amount of mental resources each day, How we allocate our energy, our willpower, and our focus determines what we will be able to accomplish. How we set, achieve, and respond to goals plays a primary role in this process.
