Take Your Time, Read Slowly, and Feel Into Each Idea As It Is Presented.

Take a moment to focus on your breath. Draw your attention inward. If it helps, close your eyes for a few seconds, and pause here.

When you are ready, begin to think about the #1 goal you hold for yourself.

Take a moment to let your mind wander with that goal. Allow yourself to think playfully about it, daydreaming about it. Remember why you set that goal for yourself.

Take your time. There is no rush, and, the longer you spend envisioning your aim, the more momentum you will build towards it.

Now, I want you to imagine a future version of yourself. Picture yourself 6 months or a year from today, and imagine that this “future you” has already achieved everything that you want.

Take time to rest with this idea.

Imagine how it feels to have achieved your goal. Imagine the satisfaction, the fulfillment, the pride that you have.

Allow those feelings to strengthen and to surge within you.

From this perspective – from the vantage of the ‘you’ who has already reached your goal, take a moment to think back.

Think about what it took to reach this aim. Think of the knowledge you have gained, the path you have taken, and the feelings of confidence and certainty you have developed along the way.

As you focus on these states, you bring them forward into this moment. You become more comfortable, and more excited, about the idea of this future you.

And, the longer you stay with them, the more you can embody now those feelings of success.

The more you can become NOW, the desire that you truly want.

The more you can feel inspired NOW, to take the next, best step available to you, and to draw yourself faster and faster towards the goal that you seek.

Rest into this space for as long as feels appropriate for you.

When you are ready, come back to the present moment, and, as you continue with your day, begin to live from this new perspective, this future you.

Embody NOW, the person you most imagine yourself to be.
