Awaken The Giant Within
This book was written by Tony Robbins in 1991 as a self-help book. Tony teaches within here how to shift your mental state, take charge of your life, create lasting change, and shift your reality with positive thinking.

You Can Heal Your Life
This book written by Louise Hay describes the impact the mind has on the body and teaches how cultivating this awareness can heal disease in the body.
She explains how limiting thoughts and negative self-views are detrimental to our health.
She goes on to explain how disease in the body mirrors the state of our mental and emotional bodies as the body is a mirror of our inner world.
When we understand that our body hears what we think we can then feel more motivated to care for our mental state and therefore our bodies. She goes on to also teach how affirmations can bring about healing.
The Bhagavad Gita
This is a classic yoga text, the version we are presenting to you is the version translated and introduced by Eknath Easwaran. This book is not specifically on positive thinking but it offers you the foundations of yogic philosophy and how to with the mind.
The practice of yoga is to clear the mind of Maya, a yogic term meaning illusion. This is because when we mind it is clear we are naturally in love with life. As the Dali Lama says, love is the absence of judgment.
The Power Of Positive Thinking
Written by Norman Vincent Peale in 1952 this book is still one of the best self-help books for becoming introduced into methods of positive thinking and how negative emotions will impact your reality.
