- Take time today to clarify the vision of that 'future you' we began in today's thought exercise. Try to feel into that vision, allowing it to come alive within you.
- Write down a symbol, a note, or shorthand reminder of it, and place that somewhere you will see it often. If you do not know what shorthand to write, use the "I am well" affirmation.
- As you go about your day, step back and remind yourself of this 'future you.'
