Daily Actions
- As you go about your day, try to "catch" any stressful or negative thoughts that you have.
- When you do, think: "This thought is a story that is causing me _______." (stress/pain/sadness/frustration, etc)
- Then: step back from the thought. You can use the Symbol of Resonance exercise to move deeper into your practice.
