Simplified The Law of Attraction: How To Apply In Easy Steps

We all known positive thinking is important and that negative thinking not only makes us feel bad but it makes life harder. The law of attraction can make a relationship with the state of our thoughts and our external reality easy to understand.

Quantum physicists explain how everything in the world is made up of energy. The particles vibrate at different frequencies which create what we perceive as our physical world.

Our belief system, our emotions, and our words are all energy as well. We attract what we are in a sense. No matter how many times we say I am abundant, if we focus on lacking money, believing making money is hard and possibly feeling disappointed at our funds then do not match that reality.

In its essence, what we focus on we send out into the universe and attract. Our thoughts and words create ripples of energy and attract the underlying essence behind them.

Simple, yet highly effective, counting your blessings is a surefire way to immediately shift your thoughts from negative to positive. Our emotions build up momentum which then, in turn, manifest into our reality.

When we notice we are in a negative mindset it can keep building momentum like a rolling snowball. It can feel hard to get out of a negative mode too. Bringing your focus to gratitude will begin to immediately shift you out of a downwards spiral.

Follow Your Happiness

The law of attraction feels your emotional state the strongest. The universe which works like a big mirror will reflect back to you the emotions you are sending out

Or you can simply follow your happiness. When you follow your happiness and increase your feelings of happiness, you will begin to open doorways that are a vibrational match to you following your happiness. This means these doorways will bring you to more of your happiness

This simple approach is one of the most effective because it leaves your rational mind open for “bigger picture” manifestations. Meaning the reason why many people do not manifest the reality they want is because they become attached to an idea of how their goal should manifest.

This then blocks the many ways the universe tries to bring them what they desire. Simply following your happiness will build up emotional momentum the universe will through the law of attraction have to reflect back to you in your physical life.


The universe brings you what you are a true vibrational match to. Meaning if you are constantly saying affirmations such as I am rich, I am abundant, I am financially stable yet while saying these you feel a pang of desperation you match a vibration of desperation and not abundance.

The human mind has many layers to it and constantly is processing fears, subconscious soundings, and ways of limiting ourselves we have been taught. When we take the time to self-reflect we can become aware of what is going on beneath the surface within us.

Through this work, we can consciously stop acting out habitual patterns that hold us back from our pure potential. This self-reflection can be done through mediation, shadow work, or even completing journal prompts for the root chakra.
