Abraham Hicks Explains How To Get Rid of Doubt

If you’re familiar with the Law of Attraction, you know that your ability to manifest anything that you choose rests with your ability to align with the energy of your goal, and have faith that it will manifest easily for you.

Once you are embroiled in the energy of doubt, it can be hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel, because everything that you think in relation to your goal can just make the goal seem farther and farther away from you.

Recognize that Doubt Is Contradictory Energy

The first point is to recognize that doubt is not negative. It is simply an indication of the conflicting beliefs that you hold.

Most of us hold latent negativity because we are not really clear on our beliefs. Doubt comes when we believe contradictory ideas about different topics. For example, you might believe wealth is possible for you, but if you are faced with looming bills, you are seeing evidence to the contrary, This conflict creates doubt in your ability to manifest the wealth you really want.

Start With What You Believe

Once you understand where doubt comes from, you can begin to clarify your beliefs.

Start with general ideas about which you are 100% sure. These beliefs will feel good to you, at any time. Even when you’re feeling anxious or worried, stating clear beliefs you hold will feel like relief, and begin to lift your mood.

As you start to work through these beliefs, make sure to stay only with beliefs that feel good, even if they don’t seem to be related to your goal.

This helps you practice believing – it helps you practice the feeling of certainty and invincibility – about things you already believe.

This is what Abraham means when she talks about getting rid of doubt before you have it. It means you need to get into the habit of practicing certainty and clear belief.
