Bob Proctor on How To Change Your Paradigm

Everything that you experience in your life, whether good or bad, is the result of the energy that you emit.

If you want to change your physical circumstance you must first begin by changing your mindset – the attitude and beliefs that you hold. Bob Proctor calls this change a paradigm shift, and it is one of the most powerful tools you can use to manifest anything that you want.

In this post, I want to share two videos in which Bob Proctor explains the essence of what a paradigm shift is, and how you can use a few simple strategies in order to change your beliefs on any subject, in order to live the life you really want.

How To Change Your Paradigm

In this video, Proctor explains how we are unconsciously programmed by everything that surrounds us, from our parents and upbringing, to our peers and broader societal trends and beliefs.

A paradigm is nothing more than a series of habits and habits are nothing more than ideas that have been programmed over and over again.

For example, we’ve been raised to believe that the ‘normal’ way to earn a living is to go get a job and go to work. You can work for 30 years and then retire and live as you please. But, this system – as engrained a societal structure as it is – is only a belief.

There are many other ways to live. You could create passive income streams and retire in a few years. You could decide to work for your passion, and to be of service, not because it’s ‘normal’ or ‘right’ to have a job.

Strategies to Shift Your Toughest Paradigms

To change a habit, change the idea that’s fixed in your mind. The key to doing this is repetition, Repetition is the cornerstone of all autosuggestion techniques, the process by which you can change any limiting belief into an empowering belief.

In this video, you’ll learn how to use a simple process of writing out an affirmation in order to change your belief. The process is simple: start with the negative belief you want to change. Then, write out the opposite of it in the form of an affirmation. If you need ideas on how to do this, try these affirmations for financial abundance.

“I am so happy and grateful that…”

Then, continue to repeat this affirmation, writing it over and over again, for 30 days. Set aside time throughout the day to focus on this affirmation, and watch how it will work magic in your life!
