Gratitude is one of the most powerful catalysts for happiness. By acknowledging and giving thanks for what we have, our cerebrum lets out dopamine and serotonin, two vital centers in controlling our mood and feelings.

One way to practice gratitude is by starting a journal.

- What are five personality traits that you are most thankful for?
- Write about a time you were grateful for something someone did for you.
As you may already know, meditating also allows us to calm the mind and observe thoughts/urges without judgment.
It works by focusing on your breath enough to reset your energy back to a more neutral place. The longer you are able to stay with your breath, the more momentum you will build and the higher your frequencies will rise.
Further, by thickening the prefrontal cortex, meditation can neutralize the mind and incite focus, subsequently enhancing our abilities to utilize the law of attraction.
Find a calm, comfortable space where you can focus on your breath for a few minutes. Remember, meditating can be as simple as one breath, in and one breath out.

Get Up and Moving
Vibration requires movement. Thus, the more you move, the more energy will flow through your body. This flow of energy helps to raise your frequencies and also to uplift your mind and mood.
In fact, a 2019 study in Harvard Health found that people who moved more had a significantly lower risk for major depressive disorder.
In this case, moving may refer to whatever feels right for you. Going for a walk, heading to the gym, or a short yoga flow. Your activity of choice doesn’t matter. The important part is that you are out and active.
If possible, you may want to try doing your workout outdoors as mother nature is sure to raise your positive energy even higher.
