A 10 Minute Morning Meditation for Positive Energy

In today’s post I want to share one of my favorite morning meditations for getting the day started off with positivity and joy!

I love this meditation for two reasons. First, I like that it is only ten minutes long, so it’s easy to do even on busy days. Second, I love how simple and approachable it is, so you don’t need to feel like you have to ‘do’ anything.

Why Start The Day With A Positive Energy Meditation?

Starting the day with a positive energy meditation is an important part of my morning routine.

I find that the morning is one of the best times to meditate. It helps me to clear my head and set my priorities straight for the day ahead. I find I’m more productive, will eat healthier, and will be more likely to engage in other positive habits like exercise.

Most importantly, having a morning routine that includes meditation dramatically increases happiness. Too often, when we roll out of bed dreading the day ahead, we never take the time to step back and appreciate all of the good things that are already present in our lives. Meditation gives you that time for appreciation and gratitude. In addition, taking time every day to cultivate positivity will re-wire your brain to become happier, more productive, and less stressed.

In other words, when you take the time to raise your vibration, you set yourself up for success.

It’s a simple way to become more spiritual, even if you lead a busy life.
