Guided Abundance Meditation by Bob Proctor

In this post, I want to share my favorite Bob Proctor abundance meditation.

Bob Proctor is a teacher and speaker on how to use The Law of Vibration to manifest wealth and abundance in your life. In this video, he prepares your mind to relax deeply by walking you through a simple visualization exercise. Then, he guides you into defining and clarifying your aims through the use of vivid imagery.

Why Abundance Meditations Work

This meditation is so powerful because Proctor grounds his script in the working of The Law of Attraction.

The key is to allow your mind to enter a very relaxed state, almost to the point of being in a trance. This causes you to change your vibration immediately, resetting your energy to a default, more positive position. From that state of natural relaxation, you are more attuned to your desires and your inner sense of peace.

Having relaxed, you can then use autosuggestion to reprogram your beliefs about money, and begin to build positive momentum towards your goal. This is the key to manifesting wealth and abundance in your life.
