In this post I just wanted to share one of the best guided evening meditations I’ve listened to in a while. The recording is by Louise Hay, and offers an excellent way to wind down from your day and offer a series of positive affirmations based in gratitude, appreciation, and love.
I encourage you to try out this meditation in the evening, just a short while before bed. Evening is one of the best times to meditate as it helps you to recenter your body’s energy and create a peaceful night’s sleep.
This meditation is particularly powerful because it centers around the use of affirmations. This means that in addition to helping you relax and quiet your mind, you are also reprogramming your mind for success, health, and well-being in all areas of your life. You can also read more about how to use positive affirmations in this post.
Hope you enjoy and have a good evening!
If you liked this meditation and want to try more, I also recommend this guided morning meditation by Louise Hay, or you could try a different bedtime meditation by Abraham Hicks.
