5 Daily Ways To Manifest Happiness

We all want to be happy. It’s human nature.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t always come naturally.

But while it might feel like happiness is unachievable at times, we promise, happiness is a choice and it’s always there.

Before you can begin manifesting happiness, it’s important to first identify the root of your unhappiness. If you’re wondering why you just can’t seem to feel happy with yourself, this blog is a great place to start

The most important thing to remember with all of these exercises, though, is that you will attract the same vibrations that you give off. So try these techniques with an open mind and there will be a much better chance of them working for your benefit.

A few small changes to your life can go a long way when looking to achieve happiness.

5 Ways to Manifest Happiness

1. Affirmations or Mantras

Affirmations are statements or phrases that you repeat to yourself in an effort to change your energy, gain control of your thoughts, and improve your state of mind. They rely on the law of attraction to achieve specific results.

Try saying one of these out loud to yourself for a set period of time each morning, afternoon, or evening. You can also write them down in a journal.

  • “I can have, be, or do anything I want.”
  • “The Universe loves every aspect of my being, right now. I am infinitely worthy of this love.”
  • “Today is going to be a good day.”

2. Journaling

Research has shown that journaling can reduce stress and increase happiness by allowing one to take a step back and reflect on their thoughts and emotions.

Try these three guided techniques to get you started. Remember, no one can read this but you. So be honest.

  1. Write about an act of kindness you witnessed today
  2. Who inspires you and why?
  3. Describe the perfect day using all 5 senses

Another technique to try is the happiness jar. At the end of each day, find one thing for which you are grateful. Write it down with the date and toss it in your happiness jar.

3. Listen To Music

It’s no secret that music enhances our emotions. But did you know that it’s scientifically proven?

In fact, a study at the Montreal Neurological Institute and Hospital found that these 5 songs promote dopamine release and increase happiness.

  • “Clair de Lune” by Debussy
  • “Adagio for Strings” by Barber
  • “Piano Sonata No. 17 in D Minor (‘The Tempest’)” by Beethoven
  • “First Breath After Coma” by Explosions in the Sky
  • “Adagio for Strings” in the version by Tiesto

That’s not to say that it has to be one of these tracks, however. Pick whatever puts you in a good mood.

4. Exercise

In times of stress, your body may want to shut everything off to binge your favorite TV show with your favorite ice cream.

While that’s okay too, exercise is actually a really great way to increase your energy and relieve anxiety.

Similar to music, physical activity increases dopamine, as well as endorphins and adrenaline — all of which are associated with feelings of happiness.

Try going for a quick walk, or doing a brief yoga practice

5. Smile

Seriously. It’s that simple. This is because smiling activates pathways in your brain that influence your emotional state. Next time you’re feeling down, try your hardest to force a smile. You’ll be surprised at the way you can actually “trick” your mind into a new emotion.

Not to mention, smiling is contagious, and one 2010 study found that long, intense smiling is associated with longer life.

So there you have it. Five simples ways to implement happiness manifestation into your everyday life. Try or, or try all, but get to it. Happiness awaits you.
