Abraham Hicks teaches that each thought you think, emotion you feel, or action you take is energy in motion. You can increase the momentum behind these experiences by continuing to focus on something or by continuing to take action that supports this thought.

By taking the time to start your day with positive energy you set the tone for the rest of your day to follow this note. Your first motions continue to ripple throughout your day and you can reap the benefits of this energetic law by consciously working with it.
