In this post, I want to share a guided abundance meditation for sleep. The idea is that you can listen to these affirmations as you fall asleep, and the recording will continue to program your subconscious mind while you are sleeping.

Do Sleep Affirmations Actually Work? What To Know
One of the most common questions I get about these types of recordings is whether or not they actually work, and help you to create more abundance, wealth, and prosperity in your life.
The short answer is: yes!

But, it isn’t as straightforward as most people think.
Many people think they can listen to positive affirmation recordings and then magically manifest more money in their lives. The idea of ‘creating money while you sleep’ sounds so appealing that some people will believe anything!
The reality of abundance is a little different. What these recordings do are help you to prepare your mind to receive abundance.
If you currently struggle to earn the amount of money you really want, then it is because your mindset is not in the right place. You are not aligned with your goal of creating wealth.
These recordings help to instill the idea of wealth in you, by using the principle of autosuggestion. Autosuggestion is the process of programming your subconscious mind by repeating beliefs you want to have.
So, if you have deep-seated scarcity consciousness (as many people do) then sleep affirmations can help you to ease some stress and negative beliefs you have about money, and are well worth a try.

This meditation is really simple to use. You do not need to sit down for a traditional meditation practice, but simply can put it on as you fall asleep, and allow the recording to play through the night.
Consciously, you will only be aware of the first few minutes of the recording, but similar affirmations are repeated for several hours, allowing them to sink into your brain, influence your dreams, and, in many cases, cause you to wake up feeling refreshed and enthusiastic about creating wealth in your life.
