How To Do The 3 6 9 Manifestation Method

The 3-6-9 Manifestation method is a powerful Law of Attraction technique that helps you to affirm a vision or desired outcome through journaling.

In this post, I’ll outline what the technique is, and how you can use it to increase the energy behind your thoughts and speed up any manifestation that you choose.

The Significance and Meaning of 3-6-9

In numerology, the pattern of 3-6-9 is often referred to as the divine code. It represents the energy of inspiration and creative expression, and for many in the New Thought movement it represents the power of conscious creation and manifestation.

Often, explanations of this manifestation technique cite an origin with Nikola Tesla, the inventor and notoriously eccentric genius. Tesla is purported to have said that the divine code of the universe rests in the meaning of the numbers 3, 6, and 9, but, there is no credible evidence that Tesla ever actually said that.

However, he did say:

If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.

And, Tesla is known to have been obsessed with numerology, in particular the golden ratio and the numbers 3,6, and 9.

How Does The 3 6 9 Manifestation Method Work?

At it’s core, the 3-6-9 technique is a very simple way to start applying The Law of Attraction to your life.

But, in order for it to work effectively, you have to be careful about the phrases and ideas you choose to work with. Used incorrectly, you may end up strengthening resistance and mental blocks you have that are preventing you from achieving your goal.

Before You Begin the method, you first need to come up with a short affirmation that you are going to use. I recommend that you make this affirmation open-ended. While it should be specific enough to include the desired manifestation you want to see, it should also be broad enough to allow for this manifestation to arise through a wide range of avenues.

Often, synchronicity appears when you least expect it, in a form that may surprise you.

Note: Personally, I like to use the 3-6-9 method in conjunction with my Three Magic Phrases technique. It’s a simple, fast way to really accelerate your desire, and working with the 2 methods together will help you to build amazing momentum towards your goals.

The First Step of the technique is to get a journal and prepare to write in it 3 times a day, for at least a month. A lot of people like to practice the technique for 33 days (to expand the numerology even further), but to be honest the exact timeline is not that important.

I’d consider keeping up the habit until you see your desire begin to unfold in your life.

Use this journal to write your affirmation 18 times each, in 3 sessions.

  1. Beginning in the morning, write your affirmation 3 times.
  2. Around midday, write your affirmation 6 times.
  3. In the evening, just before going to sleep, write your affirmation 9 times.

Most Importantly, as you are writing your affirmation, you want to make sure that you feel centered and aligned with the energy of what you are writing.

The energy that you hold is far more important than the exact words or phrase that you use, and you want to give yourself space to embody this energy for a few minutes.

Take your time writing the affirmations, and take a moment to visualize yourself having already received them. Keeping your statements in the present tense (rather than saying “I want…” or “I will…” helps with this step.
