This meditation focuses on developing a heightened state of intuition by connecting with an awareness of your body’s natural, intuitive energy. This energy rests with you constantly, and is available “beside” or “behind” the breath.
It is a followup to this meditation for spaciousness, which I recommend you try first.

Intuition Meditation Script
Begin, as always, by taking a few moments to center. Find your breath.Relax your mind. Allow whatever stress or worries you have today, to slip quietly away for a few minutes.
Allow yourself, simply, to be.
Today, we are going to tap into your intuitive nature. The origin of all guidance, and well-being.
As we begin, allow yourself to exhale audibly. This may be a loud sigh, or simply a long, full exhalation. If you feel any tension in your mind, your neck, or your chest, repeat this sigh two or three times.
Release.
Allowing the tension to fade. Allowing the mind to drop more fully into stillness. Your attention resting within.
Now, begin to draw your attention to your solar plexus, your third chakra region. This center is in your mid-torso, just below your ribs and above your navel.
As you breathe, notice the movement of this space. The rise and fall of the air within you.
Expanding. Contracting.
A constant flow.
Now, see if you can hone your focus. What else is there besides the breath?
There is the movement of air, the movement of your body, and…what else?
Your breath is a symbol. It is a pointer…to the vital energy in your body…to your connection with All That Is.
Can you sense this energy, independent of your breath?
When your mind wanders, reset. Find your breath. Find the energy alongside your breath.
Focus on the space within.
This space is the seat of intuition. The seat of joy. It is a source of unconditional love and support, of guidance and well-being.
Rest here.
