Solar Plexus
The Solar Plexus Chakra is associated with the color yellow. Yellow simulates feeling secure and confident, taking action, intelligence, and feeling more joyful. It aids in digestion, detoxification, and increases neuromuscular tone.
Heart Chakra
The Heart Chakra is associated with the color green. Green is a calming color, it soothes the nervous system, reduces swelling in joints, boosts immune system, and strengthens muscles.
Green is extremely balancing and will inspire serenity, adaptability, and pure acceptance.
Throat Chakra
The Throat Chakra is associated with the color blue. Blue is a cooling color that reduces blood pressure, calms the nervous system, and supports deep sleep. Blue relieves headaches, migraines, balances body temperature, and helps one own their truth.
Third Eye Chakra
The Third Eye Chakra is associated with the color indigo. Indigo strengthens our intuition, produces peace, stimulates the eyes and ears, soothes the intellectual mind, and can create a deep meditative state.
Crown Chakra
The Crown Chakra is associated with the color purple. Purple helps you fall asleep, find deep relaxation, balances the lymphatic system, redirects and balances an overactive sex drive, and brings ease to emotional wounds.
