If you’re new to the territory, fear not. There are many ways for beginners to apply the Law of Attraction to manifest their dreams. And yes, it’s as simple as it sounds.
The Law of Attraction is based on the idea of the universe being made up of vibrations that are drawn to vibrations most like themselves.
Essentially, our minds are like magnets, and you get what you give. What you place your focus on, you will attract into your life.
And guess what? The universe is always at work. It doesn’t care whether you believe in it or not. Whether you decide to work with or against the universe the universe is up to you. These exercises, however, are a great place to start.
Manifestation Techniques for Beginners
Before we can really dive into these techniques, it’s important we’re in the right mindset to achieve our goals. Because The Law of Attraction relies on our own thoughts, we want to make sure that those thoughts reflect our true desires.
Remember, The Law of Attraction is always at work, we’re just creating the content for it to work with.
One easy way to practice gratitude is by journaling. Set some time aside to write out the things that you are grateful for. Putting them down on paper will allow you to fully feel the emotion and begin physically manifestation of that feeling.
This can be done in whatever way feels right to you. Our gratitude journaling templates are also a great place to start.
Similar to gratitude journaling, scripting involves physically writing down what’s on your mind. This time, however, you’ll be writing out a “script” of your life as though it’s already happened.
The point is to clarify your hopes and dreams with specific details.
For example, if you’re opening a coffee shop next week, let the universe know exactly how it’s going to go. How did the public react? Did they love those purple coffee cups you were worried about? Did they hang around for hours? How did that make you feel?
This can be done regarding your first day at a new job, before a performance, or day-to-day life. The most important part is that your script be authentic to your emotions and dreams.

And remember, you create your destiny. So dream big.
When it comes to manifestation, vision boards are one of the most powerful ways to attract what you want. They’ve been around as long as dreamers have been dreamers, and you may have even made one in grade school art class.
Similar to a scrapbook, a vision board is a personal collage of you. While a scrapbook typically depicts what you’ve already done, however, your vision board will display the outcomes you wish for.
Make your board on whatever medium feels right to you. It can include images of your dream home or dream puppy, a mock-up ticket to your dream vacation, or the cover of that magazine you want to see your story in.
This is a great way for you to take a step back and look at the big picture.

The 3-6-9 Method
The 3-6-9 Method is another powerful journaling tool that will help you use the Law of Attraction to manifest your dreams.
For this technique, you’ll be repeating an affirmation of your choice in a journal 3 times a day for at least a month.
When choosing an affirmation, try to focus on something specific enough to see results, but broad enough to allow room for attraction.
If you’re unsure about positive affirmations, this post is a great place to start.
Starting in the morning, write your affirmation 3 times. Around midday, write your affirmation 6 more times. Before bed, write your affirmation 9 more times.
While this method is relatively simple, your energy, phrases, and ideas are essential to manifesting effectively. Set up a comfortable space, clear your mind, and take your time. The energy around your journal is far more important than what’s going in it.
Overall, manifestation is an amazing way to begin prioritizing your own goals and desires. What are you waiting for?
